Simple starting point
$500 minimum local job
Includes mobilization and up to two onsite tractor hours. Additional tractor time is $175 per hour.
Normal service area: approximately 25 miles from Middleburg.
Longer travel: considered when the additional cost is covered.
Final quote: based on scope, access, terrain, obstacles, travel and equipment needs.

Include measurements, access information, terrain, obstacles and useful photos.
- 2Receive a written quote
The quote identifies the approved scope, price, assumptions and any rental or travel costs.
- 3Accept and pay 50%
Written acceptance and the scheduling deposit are both required to reserve the job.
- 4Complete the work
The remaining balance is due when the approved work is completed unless the quote states otherwise.
Cancellation policy: Deposits are refundable when cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, minus costs already committed specifically for the job. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Weather or unsafe site conditions may require rescheduling.
